Moving from Winter to Spring

Spring is here. The winter air and dark skies are clearing and making way for new energy.
As we transition from Winter hibernation to emerging Spring, how can our Source Qi support the growth of new branches, flower buds, ideas, creativity and rootedness?
I hope that you are taking care, friends and giving yourselves the time and space to settle into being.
Is there a way to be? How can we be more connected in a real way, and live more presently in body, mind and spirit even for a moment?
We could try little things: Take a moment's pause. Feel the gentle breeze touching the skin on your face, really feel each step as you walk. If you are sitting, feel your weight on the seat and sense your arms and legs. You are here right now.
