The gathering place.
Coming back to the body. I breathe into my arms, legs, hips, torso, back and chest. I feel the verticality of my spine as I breathe into it.
Sitting and staying with what I see.
Just noticing how I am and whatever thoughts or emotions appear, with no comment.
Accepting myself with gentleness and compassion.
